Description

This lovely hand carved bell is signed by the artist, Tom Blount, and is dated 1982. The carving around the bell depicts a village set against a mountain. There are trees and houses. It is shaped like a bell, but is not a real bell. It is hollow inside and on the bottom, the hollow part is filled with a plastic ring around a metal inset.
