Painted and Carved, with signature on back "Chop" on front and edition card. 18 x 24 x1 inches with felt sleeve. See picture for Slight repair / damage needed from someone picking it up in the felt sleeve (pict 6). I believe it can be repaired by an art restorer. I do not know who the artist is ( I could not find a good local Japanese Translator). The signature and card are good photos and the seriously interested parties should be able to have translated.
